Our client is a well-known and highly regarded Financial Services organisation. They are looking for a hands-on compliance professional to join their collegiate team. Please note this is a full-time onsite role based in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, your responsibilities will include: Managing and uplifting compliance frameworks Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures Horizon scanning for regulatory changes and implementation of change across the business Designing and facilitating compliance training and workshops Ongoing compliance monitoring, assurance activities and reporting Reviewing marketing materials and disclosure documents Responding to regulatory queries Providing advisory support and assisting with ad-hoc projects The ideal candidate will have: Circa 3-4 years Compliance experience Background in Financial Services ideally within Wealth Management, Stockbroking, Funds Management, Financial Advice Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to work in a team and strong work ethic Relevant tertiary qualifications This is a great opportunity to grow your compliance career in a well-regarded stable Financial Services organisation.
